I talked about this guy in The Power Rankings. He is a member of Let Drake Stay!!!! and what a proud moment it must be for manager Harry N. This kid is an absolute stud and I actually just traded for him in MLB The Show: Franchise Mode. Mookie is flying under the radar this year (well not really), but there have been major headlines out of the Red Sox Lineup through the start of June 1. They got guys like Bradley Jr. going on a 29 game hitting streak, Xander Bogaerts on a current 24 game hitting streak, and Big Papi having a crushing HR/RBI start to the year. This team is fun to watch and I suspect they will have a nice playoff run (pending they get rid of Clay Bucholz)
Keep in mind this guy bats lead-off! We are seeing a plenty of players excel in the lead-off position this year, but none are showing quite finesse and power like Betts has.
Orioles should have taken notes...
