A few quick notes from week 11 Matchups before I get to the game of the week...

- I think it is safe to say Joe took the week off, putting up a week low 321.33 points. I think somebody also needs to do a well-being check on that CBS reporter. Who knows if Joe murdered that guy or not? Midas whale call it a career ender for broadcasting, maybe perhaps even the dude's life.

-Brian's Team continues to roll tide, winning his 10 straight game without a loss. Pretty impressive stuff I might say. I hear that Brian is in the works with a new segment to be featured on the blog on how every other manager in this league is inferior to his team, which he proudly refers to as the 4th reich.

-Marty Weeds with a big win to stop Springfield Isotopes hot streak, ultimately keeping him in 7th place. Mark's low score win of the week with a total of 405.00 takes down Tom's Team 340.33 who has been on a recent decline. Huge props to Shance Falcos for getting his 2nd win in week 10. Let's hope it does not take him another 5 weeks to grab his 3rd.

Game of the Week

Absolute Barn Burner! The start of the week I had Beltran and Beltre both injured. It looked as though, without a shadow of a doubt that Nolan was going to beat me, and beat me big this week. However, Both those guys came back from injuries (I'm sure they told their coaches they needed a few days off, being as the veteran ball players they are) and had a great end to the week. We both went in on Sunday having one pitcher start each, with Nolan having the only Sunday Night Baseball player on his team in the likes of Dexter Fowler. Only thing is, Fowler got injured the day before and did not play. I wound up winning the week by 1/2 a point. That's less than what you get for a strikeout!

There was a lot of shit talking, a lot of back and forth, a lot of tears, and at the end of the day - the better manager took home the cake. It's as simple as that - I am actually glad this loss happened for Nolan, as he sure as hell better know his place in the league as the baby back bitch.

That moment you think you can steal a win from Cano can go
Not in my house

AL Player of the Week

Josh Donaldson - Manager: Nolan - Simply adding fuel to the fire here. With two AL players of the week in a row now (previously Chris Davis), I find it fitting that Donaldson had a monster week - putting up 84.00 points, resulting in a tough loss.

NL Player of the Week

Freddie Freeman - Manager: Brian  **Please tune in to the POW to see just how dominant this player was for Brian last week.**
